The first time I saw David Tlale do his thing was at the Swahili fashion week Dar es Salaam 2010. We immediately knew that this fine South African lad would take the International fashion scene by storm in no time and now he has done it again.

Hey lovers of all things beautiful

A few years ago I was caught up in the head wrap frenzy! I wore them in all shapes,colors and sizes. Boy did I rock and believe me they so felt like a part of me! but somehow along the way we all got caught up in bangs and fringes and the beautiful head wraps that well represented our mamaland had to go to shelf.

Not anymore my head wrap loving sis's they are back with a bang and am sooooo looking forward to reclaim my spot on this one!

Hey lovers of all things beautiful,

Ciao ciao! This year has brought in amazing styles and colors we have not seen before. First off, the color emerald, which is the color of the year really looks good on my chocolate  skin. This is my year!

Secondly, I like the bold statements in all forms. The earrings, necklaces and bracelets just add a little more color to our fab lives and I can say life rocks!

At Zawadi eye! we have put together an emerald collection which will be unveiled in March. 6 dresses that would simply blow your mind away.

I am also on a personal level with my full time job involved in a bit of travel to various districts in the country to improve on communication skills and build confidence among 100 participants from the Infectious Diseases Institute . It seems to be working well and I am learning a lot from them. Life is beautiful in the end.

Fab oh 13!

My lovers,

Its been exactly one month since we last spoke on the pages. The holidays begun early with a lot of activity which I will try to post on the pages during our coming interactions. I got to share new years with loved ones close to the Burj Khalifa and boy was that the best way to usher in a year of implementation!
